By using StoragePrices (storageprices.au), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we do

StoragePrices is a free price comparison service that collects publicly available self-storage pricing from multiple Australian providers and presents them side-by-side. We are not a storage provider and do not offer, sell, or manage storage units.

2. Accuracy of pricing

Prices displayed are collected from provider websites and may not reflect real-time availability or pricing. Prices can change at any time. Promotional pricing may have conditions not shown in our comparison. Always confirm the current price directly with the storage provider before committing.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.

3. No endorsement

Listing a storage provider in our comparison results does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or partnered with any of the storage providers whose prices we display.

4. Your use of the service

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal browser usage.

5. Email communications

When you request a price comparison, we send your results to the email address you provide. This is a transactional email in direct response to your request. If you opt in to price drop alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

6. Intellectual property

The StoragePrices website, design, and comparison technology are our intellectual property. Storage provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• StoragePrices is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on pricing information displayed on our service.
• We are not liable for any issues with storage services you arrange with a provider found through our service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $0 (the price you paid for the service).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
